The Ashton was the first new multi-family housing project built in Belmont in 16 years (the last project before that was also built by our company – Ross Woods, completed in 2003). Starting life as an apartment deal, The Ashton pivoted to condos after entitlements to capitalize on a rising homebuilding market and a desirable, underserved locale. Working with the City to modernize parking standards, we were able to add a 74th unit to the project mid-construction, adding significant value to the deal.

 

The Ashton offers an array of one-, two- and three-bedroom condominiums with gracious floor plans, light-filled rooms and premium interiors. Amenities include a well-appointed lobby for welcoming guests, landscaped courtyard and outdoor grill, community fire pit and lounge, modern fitness center, secure subterranean parking and EV charging stations.

 

The Ashton was completed in May 2019 and sold out in December 2019.
