Cadence – South San Francisco, CA

Cadence is the first new, Class A luxury residential property built in downtown South San Francisco in over 20 years and is one of the first projects completed under the City’s Downtown Station Area Specific Plan as part of the City’s efforts to bring new residents downtown. A long-abandoned Ford dealership was redeveloped into two residential buildings in the heart of South San Francisco’s walkable and increasingly vibrant-downtown. Cadence is designed to embrace its location, attracting residents who add energy and appreciate its convenient downtown location. The two buildings create a new iconic gateway to downtown where there were formerly vacant lots.

This is the first phase of a two-phase project.
