Encore – Redwood City, CA

Sares Regis Group of Northern California acquired 849-855 Veterans in 2015 as a covered land play of a former underutilized retail strip center. The 1.15-acre property was zoned for residential uses, and the Joint Venture successfully entitled, financed, and built Redwood City’s newest luxury apartment building. Encore is a boutique community of luxury rental homes with chic, modern-style and innovative amenities conveniently located within a quarter mile radius of flourishing downtown Redwood City and the Redwood City Transit Center. Amenities include a fitness center, a top-floor community room and roof deck, outdoor courtyard with grills, a fire feature, games, an herb garden and a dog run.

Encore was completed in December 2018.
