Alma Station

Sares Regis served as Development Manager to assist in the acquisition, entitlement, design and construction of a highly-sustainable commercial office building for the owner’s family office. Situated next to the Menlo Park Caltrain Station, the building is LEED Platinum, Net Zero Energy and features a sustainable and complex HVAC system and sophisticated interior design. Plazas along Alma Street, two electric vehicle charging stations, and bicycle racks are available for public use. The ground-level retail space is occupied by San Francisco-based Saint Frank Coffee.
