Working as fee developer for Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company, Sares Regis secured entitlements for what was 150,000 s.f. of multi-tenant industrial to a 600,000-s.f. Class A office campus, creating 9- and 12-story office buildings that are nearly a four-fold increase in income-producing square footage. This site’s prime location – with easy access to State Route 92, Highway 101, SFO and the East Bay – created an opportunity for a prominent life sciences company to purchase a marquee site for its expansion.
