Sares Regis is currently serving as Development Manager to support the development of Fortinet’s expansion of its current global headquarters in Sunnyvale. Phase I consists of a four-story office building with a large central lobby atrium and atriums in the north and south wings. It is being constructed in a fast-track approach with pre-cast panels and with integrated HVAC tubing for energy efficiency. This building is designed to be certified LEED Gold and will use nearly 30% less energy per year than a standard building. Solar panels on the roof also reduce the carbon footprint.
