The project was broken into two phases. The first phase totaled 145,000 s.f. and included a 4,500 s.f. Data Center as well as the office and office support areas. This phase was fast-tracked and completed for occupancy in 11 weeks. The 15,000 s.f. second phase included a Customer Presentation Center, a Training Center and a Café and was completed in 12 weeks.
