Sares Regis is working with NVIDIA to develop a new corporate campus at San Tomas Expressway and Walsh Avenue, across from the company’s existing campus in Santa Clara. NVIDIA’s desire to foster serendipitous interaction amongst its employees was the genesis for the large 250,000-s.f. contiguous floor plate. The design consists of parking that will be provided on four podium levels, which allows for additional usable green space throughout the site including a large park that connects both buildings. Natural daylighting will be provided throughout the workspace via a network of skylights, and large glass perimeter walls blend the boundaries between indoor and outdoor spaces. In alignment with NVIDIA’s commitment to sustainable practices, the project team is committed to reducing waste and incorporating smart, innovative design ideas throughout all systems. Phase I achieved LEED Gold certification, and Phase II is expected to follow suit.
