Project Management of entitlement, design, and ground-up construction of Adobe’s expansion to its global headquarters in San Jose. The 18-story tower, including six levels of parking above-grade and two levels of below-grade parking, will be connected to Adobe’s existing campus by a private pedestrian bridge spanning West San Fernando Street. The all-electric building, which achieved LEED Gold, is located near San Jose’s Diridon Train Station and displays iconic exterior architecture and innovative interior design with a focus on workplace experience.
