We approach our projects with a grounded belief that environmental sustainability and financial success go hand-in-hand. Long before the terms “infill” and “TOD” were commonplace, we specialized in developing buildings in walkable neighborhoods,near transit, and among complimentary uses to reduce residents’ auto dependence. We prioritize mixed-income communities to reduce long commutes and regional congestion. 

We work with world-class companies and design teams to create office campuses with cutting-edge environmental systems—including the largest net-zero energy office campus in the world—and have a long history of redeveloping brownfield sites and leaving properties cleaner than when we arrived. Our team members are credentialled in the latest design and sustainability certifications and are passionate about studying and implementing practices that push the sustainability envelope forward.

Under our predecessor company, we entitled more than 14,000 lots for development and built and sold almost 1,000 homes.   • Formed in 2013, Sares Regis Multifamily Investment Management, LLC (SRMIM) manages a series of commingled private equity real estate funds with a focus on transforming underperforming multifamily properties in the Western U.S. into thriving communities and successful real estate investments. The first Sares Regis Multifamily Value-Add Fund in 2013 represented an evolution of the value-add platform established by Sares Regis in 1993, and since then SRMIM has raised four funds of more than $1.3B of equity and invested over $3B in 46 properties.
