Development Manager to assist in the acquisition, entitlement, design, and construction of a highly sustainable commercial office building for a privately-owned company. Situated next to the Menlo Park Caltrain Station, the building is LEED Platinum, Net Zero Energy, and features a sustainable and complex HVAC system and sophisticated interior design. Plazas along Alma Street, two electric vehicle charging stations, and bicycle racks are available for public use. San Francisco-based Saint Frank Coffee occupies the ground-level retail space.
