Celeste

Celeste is a 195-unit luxury apartment building in downtown South San Francisco (SSF) adjacent to Sares Regis’s Cadence project and within walking distance of the SSF Caltrain station.  The project sits just west of Oyster Point’s booming biotech industry and provides unparalleled access to that employment hub, Highway 101, and San Francisco International Airport.

Through strategic property assemblage and acquisitions and in coordination with the City of SSF, Sares Regis re-entitled a smaller project into a larger and denser, full-service apartment building that also meets the City’s desire for more residential opportunities in its downtown. The property is positioned to stand out in the growing downtown SSF market.

Construction commenced on Celeste in 2022.
