Encore is a luxury rental apartment development located within a quarter-mile of Redwood City’s flourishing downtown and the Redwood City Transit Center.
Sares Regis acquired the property in 2015 as a covered land play of a former, underused retail strip center. Taking advantage of expertise from our nearby Township project, Sares Regis navigated the design and construction challenges of the deep, narrow parcel to successfully entitle, finance, and build this well-received project.
Encore was completed in 2018 and sold in 2020.
