Flats West is the second phase of residences at Cityline, a mixed-use re-imagining and redevelopment of 36 acres in downtown Sunnyvale. Flats West was designed as a complimentary addition to the first phase’s 198 apartments at the Flats. The principle of bridging architecture was successfully employed to allow for evolution and growth in design character, density/massing, and neighborhood integration and demonstrated ongoing progress in building out the vision for this new downtown neighborhood.
Flats West was completed in 2021 and leased up quickly at market-leading rents.
