An all-electric, net water-positive campus with the largest geothermal installation in North America, this flexible workplace is human-centered, healthy, and sustainably designed. First-of-its-kind in “Dragonscale” photovoltaic shingles, ground-source heat pump system integrated into structural piles, 240 modular G-stay units, and major infrastructure development. Multi-agency approvals and coordination, including the City of Mountain View, NASA, SHPO, RWQCB, DDW, Caltrans, USACE, and Army Reserve. Design, construction, and commissioning of an on-site blackwater treatment plant and pioneered a regulatory approval path with RWQCB. Managed 90+ consultant firms, including seven architects and three GCs.
