Project utilized a Design-Build approach and proactive coordination to enabled a phased design construction and delivery of a new 1.25M sf HQ with seamless indoor-outdoor connection and a pedestrian bridge. Voyager project approvals obtained in less than 6 months. An extensive implementation of biophilic design, including a $30M private outdoor workspace. The design team utilized NVIDIA® Iray® rendering technology to facilitate material selection and optimize daylight and interior quality of light.
