NVIDIA Pedestrian Bridge

Santa Clara, California

Unifying a campus and reducing expressway congestion

415-Linear-Foot Pedestrian Bridge spanning San Tomas Expressway.

Prefabricated steel superstructure with decorative aluminum shell over concrete foundation with a 152-feet free span across all eight lanes of traffic

Completed 2022

Sares Regis managed the development of the new pedestrian bridge to connect NVIDIA’s East and West San Tomas Expressway campuses. The bridge enhances employee safety by nearly eliminating employee crosswalk usage and improving traffic flow. The team engaged the City of Santa Clara and County of Santa Clara leadership, working with both to secure the entitlement and encroachment agreement while maximizing benefits for both NVIDIA and the community.
