Sares Regis managed the land acquisition and development of the LEED Silver Taube-Koret Campus for Jewish Life (TKCJL) on an 8.5-acre site at 901 San Antonio Road for the Oshman Family Jewish Community Center (OFJCC) and the Moldaw Family Residences at 899 Charleston. The project includes a dynamic intergenerational community center with an independent and assisted living facility for seniors (approximately 145,000 sq. ft. in the two- to four-story OFJCC and a 310,000 sq. ft. Jewish senior residence, all over a 610-space podium parking structure). The senior residence (Moldaw Family Residences) comprises six four-story buildings and includes 193 units consisting primarily of one- and two-bedroom floorplans. The 193 units include Independent Living opportunities and Assisted Living units offering varying levels of senior care.
