The Pierce is a pioneering apartment project featuring expansive urban apartments in downtown San Jose. Sares Regis was the first to redevelop a property in San Jose’s SOFA District, the arts neighborhood of the city. The Pierce incorporates historic elements of site’s previous buildings into its architecture and maintains a public art program through the rotating gallery in its lobby. Sares Regis navigated the complexity of excavating around archeological artifacts during the development.
The Pierce was completed in January 2017.
