The Plaza 

The Plaza was the first completed phase within the Pilgrim Triton Master Plan that Sares Regis entitled for the redevelopment of dated, low-rise office into 730 residential units, almost 300,000 sq. ft. of commercial space, and a new community park. The Plaza kicked off the new neighborhood’s development by introducing new residential and retail use to the area, building a portion of the public park, and demonstrating the value of the newly entitled properties.  The project is designed to by highly visible from Highway 92 while also using the structured parking to shield the residential units and the rest of the master plan neighborhood from the impacts of this adjacency.

The project was completed in 2013.
