Todd Regonini has been with Sares Regis since its founding in 1993. Todd has expertise in developing and delivering for-sale, for-rent, and mixed-use communities near jobs, transit, and services. Together with Dave Hopkins, Todd oversees the Development Division of Sares Regis, including Regis Homes, which sponsors a wide range of development opportunities including infill residential in the Bay Area. Todd is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee.
