Township  

Township is a luxury residential rental community in Redwood City located within walking distance of downtown and situated along the bank of Redwood Creek. Sares Regis creatively addressed the challenge of the property’s location within a floodplain by locating the residential units entirely above the ground plane and dual-purposing the lower level for both parking and potential flood absorption. Development included building out the first link of the Redwood Creek walking and biking trail at the property perimeter.

Township was one of the first new housing developments in downtown Redwood City in several years and helped kick-start the re-birth of the downtown.   

Construction on Township finished in 2013, and the property was sold in 2014.
